1) An AAU Wrestling or USA Wrestling membership is required. For those planning to wrestling Freestyle or Greco Roman, you must have a USA Wrestling membership. For those just wrestling Folkstlye, we recoomend the AAU card.

Membership Fees
Month-to-month: $60
Paid by the 5th of each month.

FULL water bottle with name marked & clearly visible
Daily Check-In Routine
- TeamSnap Health Check via TeamSnap
* Required within 8 hours prior to practice
- Nail / Skin checks at home
- Fever check at club: Must be below 100.4F
- Blood O2 level check at club: Must be above 94%
COVID-19 Procedures
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of mats, wall pads, and office spaces
- Wrestlers will be limited to groups of 4-5
- Clean gear (headgear and shoes) at home after practice
